Release of Information
The AMRAS Corporation handles every aspect of release of information from the moment the request is received through the time it is tendered to the requesting party. This includes the execution of affidavits, depositions and appearance in court as the records custodian. AMRAS is not only a copy service, but actually becomes the acting records custodian. This is a free service to our clients as we are paid by the third party requesters.
Typically, AMRAS has an assigned work area at a Client’s office, and each request the Client receives is placed in the AMRAS work area. An AMRAS representative arrives at the client’s office on scheduled days, which have been previously agreed upon by the client and AMRAS. The frequency of visits to a Client’s office depends upon the needs of the Client and the volume of requests. Should the assigned AMRAS representative be unavailable on a scheduled day, a substitute will be sent who has been trained to handle release of information issues.
All your calls regarding release of information can be immediately forwarded to AMRAS. We prefer that the calls come directly to us for handling. We keep an integrated database containing every request and can answer questions regarding individual requests immediately.
AMRAS provides its own personnel, supplies and equipment. We strive to free our clients from the hassle of release of information completely.
