Curtis Harden
Curtis Harden is a 1980 graduate of SMU law school and practiced law with a number of firms in the Dallas area. In 1993, he participated in the formation of the AMRAS Corporation. He acted as chief administrator and archive manager of AMRAS from 1997-2008. Currently engaged in private practice law, he continues to act as an advisor to AMRAS on administrative and archive issues.
Raymund King MD, JD
After attending the University of Dallas for his undergraduate degree, Dr. King obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. He had his residency training in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma prior to going into private medical practice in Oklahoma. Dr. King obtained his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, and he was recently awarded the 2004 Outstanding Young Alumnus Award from the OCU law school. Featured in Forbes Magazine's 2008 "Texas Legal Profiles," Fortune Magazine's 2007 "America's Premier Lawyers," and named a Texas SuperLawyer "Rising Star" in Healthcare Law, Dr. King represents a broad range of clients. Raymund King provides legal counsel for The AMRAS Corporation.
Cheryl Zapata
Cheryl worked as a legal assistant under Curtis Harden for 7 years dealing
in various areas of law, and working with medical providers. Since June of
1993 has been working in the medical record field including release of
information, project management, HIPAA auditing and training, medical staffing, managing of medical record departments, and off-site manager of
some clinics.
